It is important to avoid red meat because it takes longer to digest fully compared to other meat products. Instead of red meat, opt for low fat chicken, fish or eggs. Finally, the most basic step to a healthy life that is free from excess weight is taking deep breaths. This is a simple step and can be done anywhere and anytime.
