If you want to improve your overall well-being, you need to take action. When you work with THE MAX Challenge, you can transform yourself throughout 10 weeks. Our program is a comprehensive one in which different areas of your life can be addressed. We’ll help you stay motivated, become stronger, and make healthier choices. We’re not just a normal gym – we’re a full fitness program that’s been proven to work.

The people who run our gym in Union, NJ started as members in 2013. Allison had a long career as a dental hygienist, and Amy worked as a Title Insurance Agent before becoming a certified professional trainer. They were immediately hooked on THE MAX Challenge because of supportive environment. They opened their location in Springfield in June 2014.

As a member, you can join a fitness class held Monday through Friday. On Monday and Wednesday, push the limits with cardio classes, and on Tuesday and Thursday, address upper and lower body strength, respectively. On Friday, kick things into high-gear with a cardio kickboxing class. To learn more about nutrition, you can take advantage of the nutritional program that uses real food as opposed to supplements or pills. You can get recommendations for what to prepare, go to the grocery store, and eat healthy food that tastes great.

Not too long after you join, you’ll begin to feel different, with more confidence and energy. You’ll be ready to tackle new obstacles with our team cheering you on. You can certainly leave us after one session, but most of our approximately 500 members have continued to work with us because they want to keep moving in a positive direction.
