Tri Clamp Fittings or Tri Clamp ball valves are the preferred choice and a perfect match when used in sanitary and hygienic applications, compared to other options. The equipment may also be known as tri-clover fittings. Combined with a camlock fitting adapters, stainless steel ball valves and stainless steel fittings, they are an excellent way to connect and control your liquid flow.
It’s the Versatility That Counts
These ball valves are so versatile they can be supplied as butterfly ball valves with squeeze and pull triggers, or quick clean, or easy to clean ball valves.
Tri Clamp Fittings and tri clamp ball valves are perfect for controlling flow rates. These models can be easily taken apart when it’s time to clean them. They are available in sizes of 11/2”, 2”, and 3”.
Should you need to move up to a squeeze trigger lock, the butterfly valve is an excellent choice. It can be locked in up to 13 different positions. To rotate the valve gate, the handle is simply squeezed. It can be closed on either side by rotating the handle 180°. This is the choice of many because they are so easy to clean while they are in place, and you will have removed any of the hidden areas where bacteria can grow.
The butterfly valve with pull trigger option is an excellent choice where the operator requires this level of control.
